Just got this in a bulk jewelry buy. No markings, but it did acid test 14k. I have never seen a cameo like this, its not flat. Also the style isn't something I've come across, but I am definitely not an expert. It has a bail that you can open and close as well as a pin to wear it as a brooch. Any info is appreciated!

We will be staying a full day in Old San Juan before our cruise. Family of 7, two adults and 5 kids (15,13,7,7,6). Our 13 year olds birthday is actually the day we have in Puerto Rico. We have an Airbnb in Old San Juan 205 Calle de la Fortaleza. I would love any recommendations of what to do with the kiddos, restaurants, activities, and a bakery where we can get a birthday cake. Im thinking the San Cristobal Castle since it is walking distance, but would love to make my son's birthday amazing! So any suggestions of cool things to do would be great. Thanks!
