why is 3/15/1990 not on the app?!

I own the cd and have never seen the official release available anywhere else...it's a crime that the official release isn't available for everyone. Hands down my favorite Brent era Terrapin Station > jam (why it was chosen as a release to raise money for the never developed Terrapin Station complex). Not to mention it's Phil's birthday and has the adorable happy birthday mini instrumental to start the second set
