Hi everyone! I’ll be starting my first job next month in a private tertiary hospital. I’m really excited, but at the same time, quite nervous since this will be my first experience working. (tho I did reliever work before)

For the experienced RMTs here, what advice or reminders would you give to someone who’s just starting? Are there things you wish you had known during your first day or first few weeks? Any tips on adjusting to the workflow, avoiding common mistakes, or handling the learning curve?

So there’s this guy I met on a dating app. We’ve been talking for a little over a week now. We’re dating, but we haven’t had the conversation about being exclusive yet. We both told each other that we like each other, and he said he wants to get to know me more and pursue things with me.

A few hours ago, though, we had a slight misunderstanding. Since then, he hasn’t replied to my messages for a while. I had a gut feeling to check the dating app, so I installed it and sure enough, I saw that he was active about an hour ago. I know we’re not exclusive, so technically he hasn’t done anything wrong. But I can’t help feeling a little hurt, especially since we had just argued and he was active on the app afterward.

Am I overthinking this? Is this a red flag, or is it too early to expect anything more? How would you feel if you were in my situation?

Problem/Goal: Hello po, may alam po ba kayong OTC or any na pwede gamitin or ano po ginagawa niyo para sa itchiness ng extremities ‘pag nasa malamig na lugar?

Context: Usually kasi ‘pag galing labas then pumasok sa isang airconditioned room, basta nagkaroon po ng shift to cold temp, nangangati yung extremities ko, both hands and feet. Hindi ako makafocus minsan sa work since ang kati niya 🥲

Previous Attempts: Tried using foot deo pero short-term effect lang siya, sa hands usually tinitiis ko na lang :()

Problem/Goal: For people na laging sinisikmura or may sensitive stomach (acid reflux/GERD), paano niyo hinahandle yung anxiety kapag aalis kayo ng bahay mag-isa? May mga remedies ba kayong dinadala palagi in case of emergencies?

Context: I’m a fresh grad and magwowork na ko sa mej malayong lugar (more or less 2 hrs commute), na-aanxious lang ako baka abutan ako sa daan at hindi ko kayanin.

Previous Attempts: Naexperience ko na manlabo paningin at mahimatay dahil sa sobrang sakit ng sikmura. 😭

I’ve been skinny my whole life, and now I’m trying to get lean. I tried doing home workouts before, and medyo nagka-muscle naman yung arms ko, but nawala rin when I got busy with school.

Kaya ba ma-achieve yung lean physique with home workouts lang? Problem ko rin kasi is I don’t have the confidence yet to go to the gym.

Also, do I need to start taking supplements like whey or creatine na ba? Thank you in advance!
