In the way WAY back my grandfather bought a Craftsman ratchet in Johnstown Pa, passed to his son who passed it to me, used it for 40 years fixing my cars (when you could fix cars) and it finally gave up the ghost in Pasadena Ca, took it to Sears and they replaced it for free no questions asked

Stand by your product, value for your money, product designed and built to last, pride in your work, things change and not for the better - do you know of other products like Craftsman available today?
