Frame drops (in-game) with no issues until about a ~week ago. Is it my router or setup?

Specs: 12th gen i5, 3060ti, 16gb of DDR4 RAM. Using Virtual Desktop and headset is connected to a dedicated router (Puppis S1 Lite).

Recently started using the Puppis S1 Lite a few weeks ago. This is my only lead for the recent change. I had absolutely zero preformance issues leading up to this. The router is less than two meters from the headset. Frame drops with lots of particles or notes on screen often, but it's actually pretty random stuttering. Happens no matter the codec or bitrate set. Resolution is set to minimum and is minimized while playing. When the game FPS is turned down on Virtual Desktop, no matter to 120 or 90 or 60, the frame drops are consistent and don't change. (which is odd to me if it were performance issues, but that's out of my scope.)

1y post Dr. Jensen (IA). Nipple revision?

Hi all, looking for advice. In all honesty, I would have preferred to keep my nipples but I want advice on what to do next because IDK what my options are for revision. The surgeon himself was great, extremely respectful and trans supportive. On my 6m check-up, the nipples were brought up but we hoped they would even out as it settles. Unfortunately, they haven't and two of my nipples are very clearly two different sizes and shapes. It's not so much so that I could never be shirtless, but it's detrimental to my comfort. What would I be looking at for my opinions? My hopes are a revision if it isn't too pricey or some kind of medical tattooing.

4-ho-met/Metocin, rough comedown? Body aches and tension.

Hi all, I'm new to psychedelics but have dabbled with Metocin a few times and absolutely love it. But every single time, I have a rough comedown that extends into the next morning. Somewhere after the peak but still tripping, my body starts to slightly ache, and by the time I try to sleep sobered up, I am full-bodied exhausted and sore everywhere. I have to pop a few ibuprofen before and after bed to get peace. I also have a complete inability to sleep even if I feel sobered up, tossing and turning in bed for hours. I feel like shit the day after for a good duration of time. As far as I'm aware, psychedelics don't really have a "traditional" comedown, so why would this be the case for Metocin?

Well-loved TM2 button failing?

Won't turn on. Responds to a battery being inserted, but button won't work at all. Dial is above 2. Is there any way I can fix this myself? I've had this device almost 3 years now, bought secondhand so I'm sure it's way out of warranty.

▲ 15 r/Panera

I've been at the same store for four years. My time at Panera has been a stressful one, but one I generally didn't mind coming to and occasionally would have a great time. But I'm burnt out, and so is anyone else who has been stretched this thin. We once again have paltry amount of staff. I'm really thinking about leaving. Some of the hardest working and highest reliability staff are so done in a way I have never seen before. It's bad here :(

Wanted to post in the abilify-dedicated subreddit, but it seems locked now so I apologize if this is off topic Hi all, I've been on Abilify for a few weeks now. Within a few days of taking it, an itchy rash had popped up on both of my forearms that hasn't faded. I've talked to a provider about it, who confirmed it wasn't Lamictal-induced SJS (another med I have been on for half a year without issue) and she said to keep an eye out, but it isn't spreading nor is getting any worse (or better.) It's about a 4/10, annoying but ignorable. I wanted to know if anyone else got this side-effect, and if it went away over time.
