How do I reach chapter 10?

Playing through ELITE atm after watching the anime years ago and I just reached Mayuris ending but didnt have the choice to get Kurisus ending or try to save both like in the anime? I only vagueley remember the details of the anime, its been years so I may have picked a wrong choice?

Mqybe I shoulve sent the dmail when Moeka gets killed by Mr Brauns Kid?

Like both oil and coal is burned to boil water. I recentely played in the middle east and was sitting on hundreds of oil, with barrly anything selling and had to import 10+ civs of coal

This is my first piercing. I wanna have a new hole so I can wear either 2 normal earrings (like the one I currently have and the one in pic 3 for example) or the earring in pic 2. Additionaly I tought about wearing one or two similar earings to the ones in pic 4, so not really rings but stubs or whatever thats called.

I just dont really know where to tell the piercer to put the new hole(s)
