Can you replace a radiator shroud without removing the radiator or fan?

I basically had to idle in a 4th of July parade for an hour on a warm day, and by the end of it, the radiator shroud had melted and failed.

The car didn’t overheat in the traditional sense, (no fluid loss/overflow), but it sure got hot!

Think the radiator hose got cooked too. Didn’t have any discoloring before the parade.

Best aftermarket head unit for a 2002 Tacoma?

The Toyota dealership fried my head unit while performing the 150k service and refused to take any responsibility. Worked flawlessly for 24 years then BOOM, toast!
