Has anyone on a GLP experienced a decrease in athletic performance?

New to this sub so bare with me…For context I am a type 2 diabetic, diagnosed a year ago. Male, 5’10” 175lbs, 35yrs old. I know a lot of people get on a GLP because they want to lose weight but I started on terzepitide just to lower my A1C as much as I could.. I have been on the GLP for about a month now and it is maintaining my blood sugar excellently but now when I go for runs I just feel heavy and unable to keep a pace like I did before. I’ve also experienced some strength loss in the gym. I track basically everything I eat so I make sure I eat enough protein and carbs for exercising. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what did you do about it. TIA.

Has anybody who runs and lifts weights noticed a decrease in performance after starting a GLP?

For context I am a type 2 diabetic, diagnosed a year ago. Male, 5’10” 175lbs, 35yrs old. A lot of people get on a GLP because they want to lose weight but I started on one just to lower my A1C even further. For the diabetics…

I am a T2 diabetic and have signed up for my first marathon happening in December. Others with diabetes, what are some staples and tips in your diet that help with carb management before, during, and after long distance runs. I have been using the gels during runs but am wondering if “carb loading” before training runs would help. Also curious how people have carb loaded days before the actual race. Any tips are appreciated.

What are some of the cheapest mesh shirts/shorts one can buy…I do not care about brand.

Looking for some cheap generic mesh like running attire but everything I find is just so expensive for such a small amount of clothing. Any recommendations?? Thanks in advance.

Opinions on the Brooks Hyperion Max 3s?

Just got my pair in and I’ll be trying them out tomorrow. Theoretically they seem like a great shoe but haven’t found much info about them from users.

Drivers side air vent very weak. compared to other vents.

Recently purchased a ‘24 Volvo S60 core and have noticed that the driver side air vent next to the infotainment screen is very weak. Almost nonexistent. Is this normal for these cars or should I get it checked. Still under warranty so if something’s wrong, it should be covered.
