Too small or good to go?
What do y’all think? It’s smaller than what I usually wear, but I don’t think it looks tiny. Or am I wrong? ( I know time is not set yet)

Does this look like an ac joint sprain?
I was playing basketball in the pool with my kids a couple days ago and my arm got pulled back. I notice my right shoulder has a higher bump than the left. It’s a little tender but doesn’t hurt. I can definitely feel a difference from the left side. In the pic you can see it’s higher. I did overhead presses the day after and it feels ok. I have overall body soreness from playing all day but nothing major stands out. I even kept playing right after. But this bone has never stuck up this high. Will I go back down, or permanently higher now? Thanks! Pic in comments
