Persistent acne

I’ve been dealing with acne for 7 years now and I have basically tried every topical and oral out there and nothing really seems to work. I have mild to moderate acne that never seems to fully clear up, I always have a few (3-5) active spots on my face, I try to ignore my acne for my mental health’s sake but it’s hard to when everyone around me has perfect skin.. I know accutane is not meant to be taken for mild acne but is there any reason not to try it? Thinking of taking a low dose under derm supervision

Acne Diet and the gym

Man how tf am I supposed to get in 2500 calories and atleast 120g of protein on a budget while also cutting out dairy(no whey protein or gainers either, sigh), gluten, sugar and everything that is processed… How do you guys manage to hit your macros without your acne going crazy?

Better Days appreciation post

This song is so peak. I love everything about it, the beat, the singing, Johnta Austin's part, the beat switch, the flow, everything. This song is genuinely so close to being perfect, and it's criminally underrated.

Top 3 on The Forever Story fs

"i n t e r l u d e" appreciation post

This track is so criminally underrated. Everything about it is perfect, the flow, delivery, sample, and the beat. This song is the definition of flow state Cole for me. Definitely in my top 3 off The Off-Season.

wtf was the point of TWIN TRIM

looking back at it now, wtf was the point? why couldn't this deadbeat mf give us a verse on his OWN track btw, or better yet, replace it with Ménage instead. there's no way he chose to drop this bs ahh song over Ménage..
