Vets please help. My 4 year old French bulldog is having loss of appetite and lethargic. Bloodwork clean. Don’t know what it could be.

Hi vets. I have a 4.5 French bulldog, neutered, weight is 28pds.
I’m looking for some advice because I’m getting really worried about my frenchie and we were just at the vet 3 days ago.
A few days ago he had a sudden loss of appetite and was only eating 1 meal a day late in the evening. He was pretty lethargic in the mornings and wouldn’t eat or drink water until later in the evening after adding different toppers to his food. Then it got to the point where he didn’t want to eat his food at all so I had to add rice and 90/10 boiled ground beef to get him to eat. The whole time his stool was fine and there was no vomiting.
He saw the vet on Wednesday where they did full panel bloodwork, pancreatitis testing, and rectal exam which all came back normal. The vet said to feed him a bland diet but I can add in a little of his food (farmers dog beef) so he’s not completely on a bland diet. Thursday night he had what I think was a colitis episode at night where he went back to back to the bathroom and had a bit of straining with mucus stool. Friday he woke up and ate his food normally and also dinner normally as well. No stool movement.
Saturday( today)- he did not want to eat this morning and his stomach was making loud sounds. He was mostly sleeping and I saw him hold the prayer position a couple times. He ate the rice and ground beef at 230pm and wanted more food which I didn’t give. 7pm he woke up and drank water and then vomited yellow. I made an appt for tomorrow to our vet.
What can this be at this point? Is it gastritis, lingering colitis, gas, food intolerance, possible pancreatitis, or something else? Will the xray show something if he most likely gets it at tomorrow’s visit? What can I expect because I’m thinking the worst.

Change in appetite in 4 year old French bulldog. Won’t eat/drink water until 5-6pm then act completely fine until the morning.

Hello vets. I have a 4 year old 30 pd French bulldog. He has ibs and a sensitive stomach. He does get flares where he won’t eat until late in the evening or his stomach makes horrible loud noises but it only ever lasts a day.
The last 3 days I have had to add blueberries or warm rice to get him to eat his food. Once he eats he has zoomies and is playful but then he wakes up and doesn’t want to eat and just lays down basically all day. His stool is fine and there’s no vomiting. I have a vet appointment but I’m having anxiety about what this could be.

What could be reason that my frenchie isn’t eating his usual food portion for a few days now and will only eat when I add toppers. Missing his morning meal time and won’t eat or drink water until the evening.

I have a vet appointment scheduled but trying to get ahead.
My 4 year old frenchie has had stomach issues since he was a baby and it’s been concluded it’s ibs. He does get flares once in a while where he won’t eat until late in the evening and his stomach makes loud sounds but it only lasts a day. I have taken him to the er and vet where they run multiple blood exams and the exams for pancreatitis but they come back negative.
The past 3 days he hasn’t been eating or drinking water until 5-6pm and just sleeps all day. Once he eats he has zoomies and acts completely normal. His stool is fine and no vomiting. But in the morning he just won’t eat and I have to basically get him to eat by adding toppers to his food.

Was walking inside carrying things and my frenchie was by the door and I accidentally dropped my heavy iPhone on top of his head possibly by the eye. It happened so fast. Should I take him to the er? Will he be ok? I feel horrible.

Scared since it was heavy and it was a far drop.

How do you not them getting sick or possibility of them getting sick take over your life?

I have a 4 year old frenchie that has had issues since I got him as a puppy. Through being a helicopter mom and on top of his health I have nursed him back to health and thankfully he’s doing a lot better. I get into fights with my significant other bc when my frenchie has stomach issues ( he has ibs) or when he had an eye ulcer etc I let it take over my life until he’s healed and will take off from work or hire someone to be with him and I will kind of be depressed until he’s healed again. I also have anxiety with letting him play rough or I guess doing normal dog things since he has a ivdd scare 2 years ago and im scared of it flaring. I do treat him like a bubble boy I guess and when he’s okay im okay but if hes sick I will be take it really hard and be depressed until he’s okay.

Only two options from Koufonissi to Naxos. I hate the stomach drop feeling but feel maybe the seajet option is better since it’s only 35 mins..

During vet visit for nail trim the technician mentioned his eyes looked irritated and suggested cytopoint to help. I agreed. But this has been ongoing since May

Since May my frenchie has been having pretty bad eye irritation specifically in the left eye. It’s worse in the morning when he wakes up pawing at it some days and also the eye boogers. Each time I have taken him straight to the vet where they stained his eye and found no ulcer thankfully. We were given different types of neomycin each time ( one w steroid and one without) for 10 days but the vet said it wasn’t a long term solution.
Today he woke up pawing the left eye again but once he was up he wasn’t doing it anymore. I suggested staining the eye again today since they mentioned it looked irritated but was told there was no need as he wasn’t squinting and it seemed more like allergies.
We are going to see a dermatologist and possible dog optometrist at this point but I have no idea how it all started in May. I’m assuming it’s from the tree pollen which has been bad but some days to avoid I just quickly take him outside and bring him and wipe him off to avoid him being exposed for too long.
Is anyone else also dealing with this?

optometrist recommendations? Wise vision seems to have the best in the area? Which doctor do you see there?

Nail fell off while getting caught. Does this warrant vet or er visit?

My dog has long quicks. Previously we were going to the vet to have his nails trimmed but they cut into the quick a few times and now he’s scared to go.
I have been using the dremel every week and taking off a little by little in hopes of pushing back the quick. They are still long though.
Today while he was playing his nail got stuck and it ripped off and he helped 😔. I felt horrible. There was no blood and I don’t think the quick is visable but I’m unsure. Has this happened to anyone else before? Does he need to go to the vet or is will it heal on its own?
I think at this point I might just have his vet cut them again and I’ll maintain it afterwards.

I live in this area and yesterday while walking my dog along the mulch pads on these streets he came home and started drooling nonstop about an hour later. The drooling lasted around 6 hours so I took him to the ER where they told me while it could be nausea it could also be from something poisonous in the mulch or just the area that he sniffed. Has this happened to anyone else’s dog as well?
