Stuck in B plateau .. need advice

I’m currently at a B-level plateau in French, and I’m struggling a bit with motivation. I genuinely want to improve and become more fluent, but I find it hard to stay consistent with self-studying. Every time I plan to sit down and study, either something comes up, I get distracted by other things, or I end up procrastinating and doing something else instead.

I think part of the problem is that I’m no longer a beginner, so progress feels slower and less obvious than before. At the same time, I know I still have a long way to go before I feel truly comfortable and confident speaking French naturally.

I’m trying to figure out how to make learning feel more engaging and less like a chore. How do you stay motivated when learning a language at this stage? Do you have ways to make studying more interesting, enjoyable, or easier to stick to long term?

Routine : shampoo ( treseme), conditioner : chi argan oil . Sectioned my hair then used Ostiss mousse . Then brushed with the new plastic edge lift brush and diffused .

My hair looks like i used a curling iron and not natural . Am I over thinking ?

Routine:

  1. Shampoo & Conditioner: I used TRESemmé shampoo and L'Oréal conditioner

and amika kure hair mask

  1. Products & Application: On soaking wet hair, I applied a leave-in conditioner

( SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen)

  1. followed by Dippity-do gel. I applied these using a scrunching motion.
  2. Drying Method: I diffused my hair with my head flipped down (hair down).
  3. The Issue:
  4. After the leave-in, my curls look really defined. However, once I add the Dippity-do gel, scrunch, and diffuse, it turns into a frizzy mess. I’ve tried air drying, but the results were even worse.
  5. Am I diffusing incorrectly for this hair type, or is there a better way to handle low porosity, coarse hair during the drying phase?
