for the love of me I can't figure out why the first layer is so bad

I know the plate is damaged, I already ordered a new one.

Ender 3V3-KE with generic PLA, i dried it having it on the hot plate of the 3D printer at 60°c for 24h with a casserole on top.

Orca - with the Generic PLA setting.
