One of two knives I carried overseas. This one was used in 2009. Probably never going to find a Coyote tan sheath, not sure they marketed it for anything other than to mesh with ACU pattern. Remnants of a past now gone.

Anyone know what this dark piece is? Is it something from an adjacent line? Or from processing?
It is hard but playable and leaves a residue on you fingers is plied hard.
Is this Japan’s equivalent to US Hersheys? Like is it a staple in stores I think it is much better by comparison, and I am wishing it was in the grocery aisle at my store and not just in specially shops.

Ron Colon Salvadoreño had this blend and I decided to give it a try.
Actually, I was impressed. A 100 proof blend of American Rye and Rum where the rum comes out nicely. I get the Rye notes and they don’t clash like other collaborations where it is garish and harsh.
I get fruity notes with an oak profile and nice warm finish. Will try this in my next old fashioned.
This belong to my neighbor and he has had it for a long time. The only markings as far as I can tell are “US” and “Camillus” stamped on the blade. No other markings line up with what I could find in online research. I am assuming it is a Camillus MKII. Any assistance in identifying specific model or manufacturing year would be great.
