Anyone have a seller who has these?

I posted this unit awhile back on here to see what the interest would be before contacting a company / posting on StreetEasy and other platforms to find new tenants. Someone in my family owns this unit and it previously had long term tenants in there (stayed a few years) and they recently moved out. They are currently updating a few things (bathroom vanity/mirror/light/toilet, adding ceiling light to living room & both bed rooms, replacing kitchen light, new fridge, etc) and repainting the walls to be white (nothing major for renovations) and it'll be done within the next 2 weeks. Thought I'd get ahead of it and see if there would be anyone who wanted to come view the unit between now/when it's done for a target of 10/1 move in date. I did have to remove the cat from the living room images using AI as pets are no longer allowed.

Just to address here before I get flooded with more Window comments - there is absolutely nothing we can do about the lack of additional windows… there are windows in each bedroom. That’s how the unit was built when the building was built decades ago and it’s not possible to add more windows with where the unit is positioned within the building.. so please be understanding before just commenting… if it was possible to have more windows it would be there already..it is also not the only unit in this building that has this same layout.
