Health Coach to Public Health career?

I have been in the health and fitness coaching industry for a while now. I’m in my early 30s and I have long felt I need to go back to school. I am considering a masters in public health. I’m not totally sure what the longterm goal is yet, but I wonder if anyone else has a similar background or experience? Any thoughts on this path? What could I even be eligible to do?

Working to complete Life Coaching hours...Would anyone like to help me complete them?

Hello all! I really hope this doesn't get deleted because I'm not trying to make money on this! I am working towards getting certified as an ICF Life Coach and need 40 more hours of paid coaching. I know it's tough times out there and if I can be of any help for anyone as well then that's the goal here.

If anyone is interested in getting life coaching sessions and helping me out in the process, I'd greatly appreciate it and would take any amount you feel is fair or can afford at the moment. Looking forward to connecting!

Is Substack worth it for a coaching business?

I have never used Substack before but I keep seeing more and more about it. I like writing and want to have a reason to do more of it.
My brain goes immediately to will the time investment really pay off? And what IS that time investment and reasonable timeline to start seeing real subscribers who may convert to paying clients?
Thanks for any input!

Classy Hangouts/Events?

Hey y’all. I fear I’m going to sound like a snoot. First off, Portland is BEAUTIFUL and everyone is extremely nice here.
I just moved from DC and it’s…a bit of a culture shock if I’m being honest. I really would like to go out and meet people at events and mixers but I’m finding all of the places and social scenes here are extremely casual. I frequently feel overdressed. Am I going to the wrong spots or is that just how the culture is here and I need to embrace it?
Would love suggestions for spots where I can feel like I would be fine to get a little more dressed up! I’m a 31 year old single woman btw.
Thanks guys :)
