l have started walking 3 times ​per week Abt 4km, pace- 7:30m/km

I eat mostly soups with veggies and a bit chicken and other stuff

Any tips can help, am trying to lose 10 kg

3.40km with 7:36 min/km avg pace, 25min 49sec

Will this somehow help, and im controlling my diet too

Okay so for more than a week I've been coughing so i went to the doctor got a blood test and the ige was ridiculously high so he gave me lupihaler, formoterol fumarate and budesonide powder, levosalbutamol sulphate powder too

But I find inhaling powder difficult whenever I'm coughing crazy and end up spitting the entire powder out, none of it goes into my lungs..

Is there any rescue inhalers I could buy maybe ... Cause my doctor's appointment is in July and I can't wait that long...
