I tried 🥲 it's kinda hard to make this when you're limited to the outfit choices of Gacha Online.

Felt this was a fitting costume for Paige since she has plasma related powers.

And she doesn't like it that much as the 3rd and 4th picture show.

So the story they're from is called “The Monster And The Hunter”.

Basically, in this world, monsters exist, and they're very hostile to humans. As such, most cities have entire walls around them for protection, Attack On Titan style. But there are plans of managing to take out all of the monsters. Enter the Monster Hunters. They're job is to leave their cities, kill at least one monster, and return. Each type of monster has a danger tier, ranging from F to S tier danger. They range from F tier Scavengers to S tier Titans.

Maria is a hunter. Her mother was a hunter before her, but was killed in action. So to honor her, she became a hunter. She's 18 and relatively new to the job, so is often put down by her peers. She can be impatient and stubborn, but ultimately still means well at heart, and can even show caringness.

Krill is a monster. He's a Scavenger, one of the lesser monster species. They're all weak and easy to kill, so they often pick on normal woodland creatures or plants, hence the F tier. They often travel in packs to not get ambushed. Krill is the runt of his pack. He's often put down by others due to his weakness. While they all still love him, they're scared of what could happen to him should he be on their hunts. So he often goes out on his own accord while others are out hunting.

They have a frenemy relationship, often trying to kill each other, but working together when necessary.
