So my stepmom is from Italy 🇮🇹 so I made this for her. I didn’t use any sauce but I cooked it in butter and sprinkled with fresh parm and a little chopped basil.

Keeping factory parts whenever possible, no spray texture paint because it doesn’t look like factory.

I heard so much about green chili season and it gave me the inspiration to make one of my favorite dishes, I smoked this pork shoulder and pulled it, I grabbed some fresh green chilis and roasted them and put them in a crockpot with the pork , garlic,onions,jalapeños, a can of green enchilada sauce and can of cream of chicken soup. And it made three 9x13 dishes that I cooked in the smoker. I kept one and dropped the rest off to my neighbors.

Crowd enjoyed the bbq, I tossed in some shotgun shells for some appetizers. Thank you Meat Church. I used a homemade savory rub garlic,sage,onion powder,paprika and a couple more. I slow smoked for flavor the pounded out chicken thighs stay pretty moist with the bacon wrap. My homemade pomegranate molasses,habanero bbq sauce was perfect for this dish.

This has been a great hardworking, faithful old girl that I have had over 25years. She has been sitting to long and needs a new home. Sitting over a year and started right up. I am truly going to miss her.
