Birthday trip to Rishikesh on Dussehra weekend… am I setting myself up for a massive crowd? 🥹

Confession post: My birthday is on 20th October. I wanted to come to Rishikesh since a very long time. Well in advance, I booked train tickets and stay. My stay is from 19 to 21 in Rishikesh. Unfortunately, it's Dussehra on 20, + Tuesday. Long weekend.

I saw so many reels of long weekend crowd on the 2 October wala long weekend.

I wanted to come for peace.

I'm so frightened. What if same crowd will be there on that weekend too. 🥹

I don't wanna cancel my plan. 🥹🥹🥹

16 Metro stations exits areclosed today. So, for going to the protest, use New Delhi Metro Station, Gate No. 2 (or 1), towards Ajmeri Gate side. 2 - 2.5 km is Jantar Mantar from there.

Those who are coming via metro for the protest at Jantar Mantar, as you must be knowing, 16 metros exit gates are closed today. Your best option is New Delhi Metro station. Gate no. 2 (or even 1 will work). Go to Ajmeri Gate side (not Paharganj side). From there Jantar Mantar is around 2 - 2.5 km.

Indian home simple OOTD, No filters, Fabric - Pure Cotton

Everytime I open reddit, I see atleast one feed in this sub. Felt like posting, so just clicked a picture and posting.
I love wearing cotton, linen, chiffon, etc. fabrics in summers. This is my home OOTD today. 😅 Short kurti and harem both are of pure cotton.
Before anyone asks how you wear such cloths in summers, I wanna suggest please try pure cotton clothes that has proper air flow. Very comfortable in summers.

Felt like sharing it here too as see many posts where fellow redditors wants cash from gold.

Have tried both local store and these big brands but atleast in my area big brands offer more money for old gold.

Thanks to the person here who told us about how to get ONE card.

So I was at Kalindi Kunj metro today and the customer care person told that ONE card is not available, only airtel.

As suggested by one of the redditors here, I told him that all my friends got there metro card from here. They told me they say no but if you complaint to higher authority they give. Please give me without complainting.

And boom, he actually gave me.

A lot of people think that they stopped making One card. It's a real flex for me in my family. 😁

What has happened in Magenta line since morning! Technical issue on both up and down metro. Getting too much delayed at every station. Currently I am at no station. Just before Sukhdev Vihar station.

When I came in morning I thought there's issue in just one metro. But seems like entire line has issue. 🥲
