Kozhikode Malappuram and Traffic Rules
I am from Kannur and currently work in Kozhikode. Is it just me or does the people in Kozhikode and Malappuram doesn't follow traffic rules?
Most people drive two wheelers without helmets. Couple traving with their 3 kids in two wheelers. Modified vehicles. I have seen it all here.
And most importantly why aren't there any cameras on road? I have seen many traffic cams in Kannur but in Calicut even in the town major areas there are very few cameras and people don't care about traffic rules at all.

Bad Experience with Rapido Auto
Booked a Rapido Auto today at 9:45 pm. The amount shown in the App was around Rs 300. Booked it through Rapido since normal auto drivers charge double the meter rate. Now after arriving at my destination, the driver demanded for extra money, which I refused to pay. He said after 10 pm, it's normal to demand extra pay. I told him that he should have informed us beforehand. And then he left without taking any money.
Since I had his mob number, I paid him through gpay. But it was a bad experience. Never going to book a Rapido Auto ever. Lesson learnt.
