This little guy just turned 30 years old!

I got him , and two others who are no longer with us, in 1996 when he was not much bigger than a half dollar.

I can believe this still needs to be said…DON’T LEAVE PETS IN A VEHICLE! An 80° day make a car 115° in about 24 minutes.

*this chart isn’t the best but I already had it on my phone.

Your pet can go into organ failure faster than you think.

ITS ILLEGAL IN PA!
I also found out it’s illegal for citizens to break the car window themselves, I was arrested for it once and will happily take that charge over and over again though.

Call 911 , it IS considered an emergency.

PA Laws:
The "Hot Car Bill" (Act 104)
The Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Extreme Heat Protection Act (Act 104 of 2018) protects animals locked in vehicles under the following rules:
Responder Immunity Only: Only law enforcement officers, humane society police, animal control officers, and first responders have civil immunity to forcibly enter a car to rescue a dog or cat.
Required Protocol: Before breaking a window, responders must make a reasonable effort to locate the driver, use no more force than necessary, and leave a note on the car explaining where the pet was taken.
All-Weather Protection: The law covers pets in imminent danger from extreme heat, freezing cold, dehydration, or physical entanglements.

Outdoor Heat Limits (Libre's Law)
If a pet is outside a vehicle, Pennsylvania's Libre's Law limits how long dogs can be tied up outdoors:
The 90°F Rule: Dogs cannot be tethered outside for more than 30 minutes if the temperature exceeds 90°F.
Basic Necessities: Even below 90°F, tethered dogs must always have continuous access to clean water and a designated shaded area.
Penalties: Violating these rules constitutes animal neglect, which carries penalties ranging from heavy fines to jail time depending on the severity of the animal's risk.

What You Should Do Instead
If you spot a dog or cat in a hot car in Pennsylvania, call 911 immediately instead of breaking the glass yourself. While waiting for first responders, enter the nearby businesses and ask the manager to page the vehicle's owner over the loudspeaker system.

The Hidden Danger
Rapid Spikes: Internal temperatures rise almost 20°F in the first 10 minutes.
No Quick Trips: What seems like a five-minute errand for you can turn deadly if you get stuck in a line.
Vulnerable Pets: Elderly pets, overweight animals, and flat-faced breeds (like pugs or bulldogs) are at the highest risk for fatal heatstroke.

What To Do If You See a Pet in a Hot Car
Act Quickly: Try to locate the owner immediately (e.g., have the store's customer service page the license plate).
Call Authorities: Dial 911 or call your local animal control immediately.
Know State Laws: Many states have laws protecting police officers or civilians who break a car window to rescue an animal in imminent danger.

Signs of Heatstroke in Pets
If a pet is showing signs of heat distress, act right away. Watch out for:
Excessive panting or drooling
Rapid heart rate
Staggering, weakness, or collapse
Bright red or pale gums
Seizures or vomiting

Emergency First Aid
If you suspect heatstroke, move the pet to shade and offer cool (not ice-cold) water. Apply cool, wet towels to their neck and armpits, and contact a veterinarian right away.

Sometimes I think people placing an order need to Say it out loud to really understand what they’re asking, and then tell me what your answer is…

Will you go drive 9 miles to the store, shop for 20 different items , a few items I want 2 of so all together it’s really about 26 items, ring it all out and bag it, then drive 3 miles to me and bring the bags to my door? I’ll give you $7.50.

What’s your answer?

Trying to figure out some ideas to install a water feature incorporating this stump.

Not looking for a pond necessarily, a pool or two of wart ok, but something with pumps to have a moving feature.
Anyone with any ideas, suggestions, advice or directions to point me to would be greatly appreciated!
