Looking for a doctor/hospital to evaluate PCOS. I’ve already tried homeopathy, dietary changes, and regular exercise, but haven’t seen much improvement. I’m specifically looking for a hospital that can properly assess insulin resistance, including an insulin resistance index/test, and provide a comprehensive treatment plan aimed at managing and potentially reversing the underlying metabolic and hormonal issues—not simply telling me that weight loss is the only solution.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for recommendations for Bharatanatyam classes in or around Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, R.S. Puram, or nearby areas.

I have been learning Bharatanatyam for over 13 years, have completed my Arangetram, and hold the relevant certificates. Due to a change in teachers, I once joined a new class where I was made to start completely from scratch, which was quite disheartening because my previous training wasn't acknowledged.

I'm not expecting special treatment, and I'm more than happy to revise my basics if needed. However, I'm looking for a teacher who first assesses my current level and builds on my existing foundation instead of placing me in a beginner batch by default.

I'm also looking for classes with affordable fees (preferably twice a week). Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am doing online degree & books are in ebook formats. I do not wish to take print & want to refer using tablets. Also to watch lectures & occasionally study videos in youtube.
Which tab is good? Is note making really possible in devices? I am a pen & paper person & have never made notes using devices. Also I have a lenovo yoga laptop & samsung s23 mobile. So is IPad a good choice?
