Nassau elementary schools: what’s been your actual experience?

We have young kids and are thinking about moving. I’m quite familiar with the district rankings so I wanted to hear more parents stories about actual school experiences.

I’m asking broadly because I’d like to hear about different schools around Nassau—just share your own school’s experience. For parents around Nassau, what’s something your kid’s school does that you really appreciate, or wish it did differently? Would love an example and the school or district, if you’re comfortable sharing. Trying to get a feel for everyday school life beyond the rankings

Go or no go on this 2016 Sienna XLE?

Seriously considering this 2016 XLE FWD 8 passenger from one of the major online platforms.

  • 108k miles.
  • I looked it up on Edmunds, seems like a fair price.
  • Everything looks good on the exterior and interior photos.
  • Car was based in Vegas all its life so no salt-belt risk.
  • Zero accidents.

Carfax and Autocheck included below for your reference. Some yellow-ish flags (in my car-newbie opinion, maybe you can think of more) that I don't know what to make of, before I pull the trigger:

  1. 1st owner was "Corporate" according to Carfax. Seemed to be well-serviced at a single dealer: meticulous service and miles are moderate (~14k/yr) — does "corporate" worry you here, or is that overthinking it?
  2. Then sold in an auction. Only owned by second owner for a few months. A flip?

I definitely plan to get a PPI after purchase/delivery but of course want to gain as much confidence as I can before I pull the trigger and pay the non-refundable shipping fee.
