Woke up today with the realization that I only have 6 months left to tick the boxes I wrote down in Notion back in January.
Looking back, a lot has changed. The reality is that some of those goals don’t make sense anymore and a few of them should probably be abandoned altogether.
The only box I’ve actually ticked is getting my driver’s license. It took me 6 tries lol.
I started the year “strong” with two full-time jobs in tech. I was making good money and thought I’d easily hit my financial goals.
Fast forward to July and I’m down to one job that mostly covers my basic needs. Right now the goal is simply to make it to the end of the year.
The thing is, I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart. And instead of focusing on what didn’t work out, I want to use the next 6 months to build something I’m actually proud of.
So I’m locking in.
The goal is simple: launch iOS apps before the end of the year and get to $5k MRR.
I already have my OKRs, ideas, and a rough roadmap. At this point it feels less like a strategy problem and more like a courage and consistency problem.
For those of you building apps while working a full-time job, what has actually helped you stay on track?
Any tools, systems, accountability setups, or AI workflows that made a real difference?
I’m thinking about using Claude to plan my days and keep me accountable, but curious what everyone else is doing.
claude is fr cooking with design, built a whole app design system, i bet these onions are fire
legit everyone around me is either adhd, autistic or ocd. and guess what, no one actually has a diagnosis. at this point it just feels like an excuse to not work on social and people skills. Yeah we work online and irl meetings are way less than before covid, but its a muscle that needs to be trained. i guess everyone is just lazy.
The worst part is it gives a bad rep to actually neurodivergent people who go through SO much just to navigate everyday life.

genuinely want to know what people do during that time, its too short to work on something else and too long to just sit around and look at the screen. gib advise please:D
Playing twice a week, mostly recreational. Started with whatever was cheapest and honestly never thought about upgrading until my hitting partner showed up with a Head Radical and I could feel the difference just hitting with it for 10 minutes.
Now I'm down a rabbit hole and everything decent seems to start at $200+. Is that actually necessary or is the tennis gear world just... like that?
Have $300 to spend if it's genuinely worth it. What would you get?
