Looking for experiences: Switching from 6 mg Tirzepatide to 3 mg Retatrutide

I’m attaching my weight loss timeline for context. I’m not looking for medical advice or dosing recommendations. I’d just like to hear about other people’s experiences. Based on my timeline, does my rate of weight loss seem fairly typical? I switched from 6 mg of Tirzepatide to 3 mg of Retatrutide. One thing that surprised me is that I’ve read many posts where people’s appetite came back after switching, but I’m experiencing the exact opposite. I have almost no appetite and have to remind myself to eat enough protein every day. Also, the day I took my first 3 mg Retatrutide injection, I experienced excessive sleepiness and ended up sleeping much more than usual. Has anyone else gone through something similar?

Extreme sleepiness after switching from tirzepatide to retatrutide, anyone else?

Has anyone switched from 6 milligrams of tirzepatide to 3 milligrams of retatrutide and felt extreme sleepiness? I was taking 6 milligrams of tirzepatide weekly without much fatigue. Now I switched directly to 3 milligrams of retatrutide and within a few hours I get really strong sleepiness. It’s not just tiredness, it’s actual sleepiness. I’m eating enough protein, staying hydrated, and using electrolytes. Has anyone else had something similar after switching from tirzepatide? Did it get better after a few weeks, or did you have to lower the dose?

Good time to start Tesamorelin after a year on Tirzepatide?

I’ve been on tirzepatide for about a year, along with a high-protein diet and consistent strength training. I’ve made good progress with fat loss, but I still feel like I have some stubborn visceral fat left.
Would this be a good time to start tesamorelin to help reduce the remaining visceral fat, or should I continue cutting naturally?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have actually used tesamorelin after losing weight with GLP-1 medications.

Has anyone here combined tirzepatide and tesamorelin? What was your experience?

Switching from Tirzepatide to Retatrutide

My research subject is currently on around 5 mg of tirzepatide. I’ve noticed a lot of posts mention research subjects starting lower when transitioning to retatrutide. For those who’ve observed or documented this transition in a research setting, what has your experience been? Not seeking medical advice, just interested in others’ research experiences

Looking for input from people with experience using tesamorelin.

I recently had a seca body composition scan, and my current stats are:
• Body fat: 26.7%
• Skeletal muscle: 79.9 lbs
• Visceral fat: 3.1 L
I’m currently using tirzepatide, lifting consistently, and my goal is to preserve muscle while reducing stubborn abdominal and visceral fat.
Based on your personal experience, at what body fat percentage would you consider adding tesamorelin?
Would you wait until around 20%, 18%, or 15%, or did you notice benefits starting at a higher body fat percentage?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have personally used it and why they made that decision.

GHK-Cu 100 mg Reconstitution with 10 mL Bacteriostatic Water—Advice on Volume?

Hi everyone, I received a GHK-Cu 100 mg vial with a COA showing 99.7% purity. I also bought a vial of 10 mL bacteriostatic water (1% BA). Has anyone reconstituted with 10 mL? Or do you recommend a different volume for a comfortable dosage? I want to make sure the final concentration is easy to measure. Thanks in advance!

Where to buy GHK-Cu from a trusted compounding pharmacy?” or “Looking for reputable GHK-Cu pharmacy recommendations.”

Hi everyone, has anyone purchased GHK-Cu directly from a reputable compounding pharmacy? I’m looking for something like Ezra, where you can order directly from the pharmacy. I’d appreciate any suggestions or positive experiences with legitimate, regulated sources!”

Question about Tirzepatide Dosage (10 mg in 2 ml)

Hi, I received a prescription through the Ezra app, but I don’t fully understand it. I usually take 20 units of tirzepatide at 10 mg. Now, they prescribed me a vial of 10 mg but in 2 ml. I’m not sure how to dose it. Could someone explain if this method works the same way or if I should adjust my treatment? I’d appreciate any guidance.”
