RCS/MMS issues on iPhone 16Pro

Anyone able to help? I’m not getting group messages with android users.

My iPhone is updated to iOS 26.6 and all RCS/MMS setting have been toggled on and reset. Network settings have been reset and eSIM has been removed and added. I have spent 3+ hours on the phone with Verizon and gotten nowhere. A case was assigned but the call back came 3 days later at 7:30pm and I missed it so they closed the case.

I can text and call android users 1:1, but if I am in a group message with them it’s as if the thread never existed to me. No notifications, not texts from iPhone users in there. Nothing. Verizon customer service and tier 2 tech support team were not helpful at all.

Deltek vs SAP??

Recently started a new management position at an engineering firm. Old school mentality but great people.

Currently they run most financials and reviews out of excel with data that is pulled from SAP or other off database trackers. Tons of manual work, room for errors, and complete inefficiencies. I am only familiar with Deltek from prior AE firm work. Great to integrate timesheets, expense, units and subs. Deltek wasn’t perfect but Vantagepoint certainly seemed to accomplish more in less time than it currently takes.

While I would certainly need to do some leg work to figure out where exactly we are underutilizing SAP, bias has me wanting to push for a larger scale overhaul to Deltek (senior management/Controller/CFO are open).

Anyone have similar experience? Suggestions for SAP? Advantages of pushing for Deltek implementation?

Major self doubt…

Tomorrow I have an interview for a management position that is double what I’m making now. This isn’t a $35k to $70k, it’s $80k to $160k. Having just had a daughter two months ago and weighing the pros and cons of making a job change with my partner, we decided the potential money was simply too good to miss throwing my hat in the ring.

It’s a more specialized company than what I’ve worked for in the past, but still within the industry, so I don’t doubt my understanding there. The role and responsibilities truly (on paper) are nothing beyond what I can do. As of right now it’s the concept of having been passively looking then finding something where the salary is so extremely beyond the market.

Initially I had doubts about legitimacy, but company is very real and the role is very real.

While I decided a while back, since I am happy at my current role, I wouldn’t leave for less than $100k, the jump here is actually scary to me. Have I just found a unicorn or should I do a better job of bracing myself to be woefully under qualified??
