CA FINAL AFM SYLLABUS

I always wanted to pursue CFA after completing my CA but after experiencing the horrible CA Final AFM paper, I really wanted to start this CFA journey at the earliest possible to help me in the AFM subject.

I got to know that my Advanced Financial Management paper was of the CFA standard, so I want to study for level 1 & 2 of CFA from now onwards to support my AFM.

I need the guidance of you people regarding the Material to follow & the need of classes for Level 1 & 2 ? But I wish to attempt the CFA examinations in 2027....

I've attached the CA Final AFM syllabus for your reference...
Your guidance is much appreciated 🤗❤️.

Hey guys, I really need some honest guidance.

I’m a 23M and over the last ~12–14 months I’ve had what feels like very aggressive hair loss.

Timeline:

  • ~14 months ago: NW0.5–1 (basically full hairline, good density)
  • ~11 months ago: NW1
  • ~4–5 months ago: NW2 (visible temple recession started)
  • Now: around NW2.5 (borderline NW3 when I pull hair back)

Current situation:

  • Noticeable temple recession (one side deeper)
  • Frontal density reduced
  • Mild thinning at crown under light
  • Hair fall ~120–140 hairs/day (mix of thin + thick hairs)
  • Shedding increases during wash/after ketoconazole use

I’ve attached pics:

  • Current (normal + pulled back)
  • Also marked a conservative hairline design I’m considering

Current/Planned treatment:

  • Considering starting (not yet started):
    • Minoxidil 5%
    • Topical Finasteride 0.1%
  • Using ketoconazole shampoo 1–2x/week
  • Have done 5 PRP/GFC sessions (No results so far and further it got worse after it as I've observed thinning in midscalp only after these sessions )

My concerns:

  1. Does this look like aggressive androgenetic alopecia or something else?
  2. Is my current stage still recoverable with meds alone?
  3. Am I overestimating my hair loss because of shedding?

Mental side (being honest):

This has been really tough mentally.

  • I think about my hair constantly
  • I’ve been checking shedding daily
  • It’s affecting my confidence and sleep
  • Sometimes I feel like I’ve aged very quickly compared to my peers
  • Avoiding the society who used to compliment me for my hair earlier and can't step out now.

I know this might sound extreme, but the sudden change in 1 year has been hard to process and I even tried to end my life multiple times.

Hair Transplant questions:

  • If I go for a conservative hairline (not too low, just filling temples):
    • Am I a suitable candidate at 23?
    • How many grafts would I roughly need? (guessing 1200–1800?)
  • Should I wait 9–12 months on meds first before considering HT?
  • Any risks of doing HT too early in my case?

Goal:
I don’t need a perfect teenage hairline — I just want:

  • a normal-looking hairline
  • decent density
  • to stop worrying about hair daily

I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially from:

  • people who had similar rapid progression
  • those who started fin/min at this stage
  • anyone who did early HT with similar pattern

Thanks a lot 🙏

Hello Everyone,

I'm dealing with rapid hairloss from the last one year and mentally drained to see my hairline go up so quick.
I wish to have the desired hairline as shown in picture (opting a conservative HT)..... How many grafts are needed for that Hairline reconstruction.
Please help me.... Some Hair Mills are saying I need 2000-2500 grafts is it true?

Thanks in Advance!!
