Hello people, im 38, i came here to see if i can find help, but most of the post are from people that still having a life and the answers are tips that i already try, i consider them "basic" or "starting" actions.
I have been diagnosed GAD and Adhd, but i know i have complex trauma generated during kid period on negative social interaction. The therapies havent work so i put my hope in meds, but there is no specific meds for this. So during the guessing of the psycs i have tried around 15 meds during years, with no sucess, all of the Adhd, between others, i just can say that Paxil make me improve like a 20% but not enought to get out to find a simple job in my town. Guys i was aircraft mechanic travelling by my self around europe and now im NOTHING, i have stoped work simce 15 months, i live in a matress in the corner of my father house with no income, i have sold little by little during one year and half my small pertenences, and my mom is me cutting the little survival income becouse she doesnt belive too much in "all this story"
I have tried many therapies like 8, 3 of them EMDR, trauma related, but nothing really helps so.... here is my question.
Does anyone have FOUND a medication that IMPROVE the HSP symthomps?
(i have hear about lamotrigine, but i have tried also with no effect, maybe not long enough, or becouse it was taken during venlafaxine which was not too good for me or not high enough dose i dont know if i should try again...) psycs doesnt help too much, im trying also many.

Just 3 weeks of abilify, i couldnt reach the 5mg due akathisia but i felt quite good, i did many activities and my fears get lowered a lot. Anyway for akathisia and insomnia i quit in 3 weeks. And now 1 month after i still cant sleep more than 3 hours straight. The benzos cant do anything, im becoming inmune to benzos, i take 2mg of lorazepa + lormetazepam or valium 10mg and doesnt matter, i wake up and is a fight to get sleep again.
I have been reading that it happend to people, but i was thinking it was happening who took for long periods or high doses.
Who else is with insomnia and how long it lasted? and any solution? Thanks
From paroxetina, and others i got cronic conatipation, getting serious levels. So im wondering how much the people is usually using.
I have read very low dosage for SiBO problems 0,25 or 0,50mg but for people like us?, what do you take 2 mg per day, as it say in the documentation for an adult? My doctor is not sire, she doesnt know the medicament >,<

Hello guys, i have GAD and im waiting desperatly to feel a bit better, to be honest i have improved like 20% or 30%, not enough to retake my life sadly. Im in the week 10th using 40mg. Would someone say that you could feel improvements after 2.5months or 3 months? Becouse i had big hope in this med, but im not feeling too much improvement :(
