I saw a panel of Cap getting mad at Black Widow for killing someone, and some people think it's confusing for him to react that way.
For me personally, I didn't think he had a code; I thought he just generally doesn't kill people.
Me personally, if I had a team and I needed someone to lead, I would have Captain America
