Soraka top: Singed by far my most easiest match-up
Don't ignore him. Punish him lvl 1 if he proxy's. He will lose some minions and it will hurt him alot later. you'll lose some xp and gold too but compared to his expansive items it's nothing. Canon waves if you be annoying he won't be able to take if you proxy. This is the moment where his cortisol will spike as you keep throwing bananas at him.
