1st pregnancy going through miscarriage

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 7 months ago. In those 7 months I tried to get pregnant with my partner and it only happened a month after I was on a GLP. I made it to 5 weeks 3 days but I am now in the beginning stages of miscarrying. Has anyone with PCOS had experience miscarrying and then going on to have a successful pregnancy after? The GLP gave me terrible gastric issues so I can’t imagine going back on it. I may just need to be stricter with diet and exercise.

3 weeks and 4 days pregnant medical provider told me 50% of pregnancies at this stage aren’t viable. Very mad.

I found out at 3 weeks which was crazy! My fiancé and I are so excited. I have PCOS so I struggled to get pregnant for a bit. I met with my psychiatrist to discuss tapering off a med that isn’t safe for pregnancy. He is usually a very nice guy and I said how excited I was. I actually plan on telling my parents today. I know that in this stage there is a higher chance of miscarriage, chemical etc…. But he told me that 50% of pregnancies aren’t viable at this stage which i I know is absolutely BS. He also told me that I seem to be very fertile and now I know to wait for next time if I want to be more prepared. I am engaged, our child will have a stable household with a good income so I have no idea where this rudeness came from. And now I’m panicking cause I don’t see a gynecologist till my 8 week ultrasound

Feeling discouraged

I have had pretty bad GERD for a few years now. I was prescribed ozempic for my PCOS and only took two doses because of how bad it made my GERD. Since then I have had terrible upper right side pain that radiates to my back and shoulder along with some muscle spasms in my arm. My ultrasound checking my gallbladder came back completely normal so I have no idea what this is.

Starting trintillix switching from Lexapro

Hi everyone! My doctor wants me to take 10mg trintillix and 10 mg of Lexapro ( I’ve been on 20 mg of Lexapro) and then drop the Lexapro and go up to 20mg of trintillix. I’m pretty nervous to start cause I’ve had some bad reactions to meds. Basically Lexapro just stopped working and causes terrible restless legs and insomnia and I believe is making my depression / OCD worse. Does anyone have any advice on starting trinitllix?

Upper right side back pain / right side chest pain and some pain under armpit

Soooo I’m kinda going through a bit of a spiral. I can’t get in to see my gastroenterologist for a month but my GERD symptoms have gone INSANE after taking only two semaglutide injections. I stopped ozempic because I literally could not get food down without my acid reflux bringing it right back up with severe nausea. I’ve been taking my voquezna which is an acid reflux med I use since PPIs don’t work for me. I also have a small sliding hiatal hernia. After looking stuff up online I’m kinda convinced it may be gallstones.

Enterococcus UTI clear and vaginal swab clear but still experiencing symptoms

I feel like I am going crazy. I tested positive for 80,000 cfu of entero in my urine and took macrobid. Along with that I’ve had terrible burning inside of my vaginal area. My gynecologist sent both tests out again after my course of antibiotics cause I said I was still experiencing symptoms and everything came back clear. But I am literally having burning inside SO BAD. Does anyone have advice?

Enterococcus 80,000 bacteria count

I had a procedure done where they had to put a camera through me vaginally to check for polyps in my uterus. A week after the surgery I experienced vaginal burning that was constant and a constant urge to urinate. I put this feeling off for a couple of weeks because I get frequent strep B and treat it with oil of oregano but it did not go away so I asked the provider who did the surgery to order a UTI test and it came back positive for 80,000 count. I have a feeling it was from the surgery because I usually only get UTIs when I am sexually active with my partner but I have not been since the surgery. I am now on macrobid and it has been 4 days but I don’t see much improvement. I am allergic to ampicillin / amoxicillin so I am wondering what my other options are. I am drinking lots of water, taking NAC, and oil of oregano. I am really hoping this doesn’t turn into a kidney infection because I’ve had one of those before and it was terrible.

Tight throat semaglutide with b12

My doctor said he doesn’t think I’m allergic since I have no rashes or hives. I have struggled with GERD for years so maybe my GERD is really bad. It feels like muscle tightness in the front of my throat almost like my lymph nodes are swollen but they aren’t. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m trying to massage it and stay away from trigger foods but nothing helps the tightness.

Itching / tingling skin sensitivities

My doctor ordered from casa pharma. I am definitely seeing the benefits of low appetite etc… b12 is added into it. Could this be causing the itching skin? Sometimes it even feels like tingling and burning. My doctor said I’m most likely not allergic because I don’t have any rashes or hives. I spent 900 dollars on this so I really don’t want to stop.

Enterococcus 80,000 cu

I am being treated with macrobid twice a day. I’m kind of nervous because I have felt these symptoms for like 3 weeks and I usually on get UTIs when I am sexually active with my partner. But I have not been sexually active due to a uterine procedure I had done. Now I’m wondering if I got enterococcus from this procedure. Has anyone ever had a enterococcus kidney infection? I’m so scared of that because I’ve had one in the past. I have no fever and no back pain but I’m a bit worried because of how long I let this UTI linger.

Itching

Hi guys. I take compounded semaglutide ordered by my doctor from casapharma. So far so good. I think I’ve lost 4lbs in 5 days and I am not nauseas / don’t have stomach pain. My acid reflux is definitely worse so I’m trying to cut out coffee but that’s really hard for me. My main issue is itching. I get itchy on random parts of my body, mainly my scalp. Allergy meds don’t help so I’m wondering if this isn’t an allergy but maybe some hypersensitivity reaction. Has anyone experienced itching and had it go away? I’m waiting on my doctors response.
