Possibly mildly sensitive to gluten? Need advice

I have stomach problems. I’ve had many tests to try to figure out what’s causing it, but nothing has shown up wrong. I had a colonoscopy, SIBO breath test, gastric emptying study, and yes celiac tests, and also a pelvic ultrasound to look for PCOS. I’m always bloated, and I do mean always, like even in the morning (although it gets a lot worse throughout the day). Last year, I tried a gluten free diet for a month or two, and I noticed improvement in my constipation (which I normally have to take miralax and senna for on a daily basis). I also noticed that my heartburn went away at a time where it had been severe. However, I didn’t notice improvement in my bloating. I think I have other sensitivities such as dairy, but I really haven’t been able to pinpoint anything. Going gluten free was hard, but not impossible. My question is- is it worth it? I didn’t completely improve, but I don’t remember being in too much pain. I tried low FODMAP for like a week but it’s such a difficult diet and I couldn’t stick to it. It’s much easier to just check if something has gluten in it rather than all these different FODMAP ingredients.

Sorry for the word dump, I guess I’m just looking for anyone who has gone through a similar experience? How did you decide to stop eating gluten and how long did it take to see a full improvement? I just want relief from my stomach issues and to stop being so bloated all the time🥲

How do you personally separate the “subgenerations” of Gen Z?

I know this is dumb and really doesn’t matter, but my autism loves to put things into categories lol.

How I personally view Gen Z:

Older Gen Z: was graduated/in college when COVID hit - (1996-2001)

Middle Gen Z: was in high school/teenagers during COVID - (2002-2006)

Late Gen Z: middle school/elementary during COVID - (2007-2010ish)

Many sources say Gen Z is like 1995-2009 and others say 1997-2012, but I agree with 1996-2010 as the range for this generation, since anyone younger wouldn’t really remember even the mid 2010s.

In my brain I use COVID as the cutoff because I feel like it really affected and changed the way things were in school and in life. When I was a senior (2021-2022), I felt like high school was completely different than when I was a freshman in 2018-2019.

I don’t know, this is just my shower thoughts summed up in a Reddit post lmao. How do you guys classify each sub-generation?

Anyone married to their partner? (Or want to someday)

I’m curious of how many people are married, engaged, or want to get married to their QPP. It’s something my partner and I have discussed, but we’ve only been together for 7 months so I would not do it this soon. Also for married QPPs, what do you call your partner? Husband, wife, S/O, something else?

Changing my name

I’m planning to legally change my name soon— I’ve never been attached to my birth name, in fact I hate it, not even because I’m nonbinary but I just hate the name.

I want to change my name to Rivera, but I’m wondering if I should because I know it’s a common Hispanic last name (and I’m not Hispanic). I found the name on a website for gender neutral names. I guess I just would like some opinions (aside from my friends) about the name?

So frustrated that everything is “normal”

List of things that I’ve tried that have shown nothing wrong & things I have tried to help with the gas & bloating:

- X-ray to see if there was too much stool in my colon

- SIBO breath test

- gastric emptying study

- colonoscopy/endoscopy

- thyroid blood test

- IBGard

- simethicone/gas-X

- Mylanta

- gluten free diet (also got celiac tested and was negative, yes I was eating gluten)

- low carb diet

- in the midst of trying a low fodmap diet

- I have to take miralax every day just to go regularly

I’m just so frustrated and done with this bs. My doctor kept suggesting things I could do and it was all just tests I’ve already done and things I’ve already tried. I’m so sick of being freaking bloated all the time and hurting while at work. I know I’m not the only one dealing with this. I feel so gross always having to burp and fart especially when I’m at work.. and no certain food(s) seem to be the cause either.

Just wanted to rant..

Currently on the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet. I was wondering if these would be safe for me to eat? The Fig app doesn’t have it in there as a product, and I’m not familiar enough with ingredients to know what’s safe and what’s not without an app telling me lol. I would love an option for bagels, as that was my go-to breakfast before the diet!

Literally just started the low FODMAP diet today after planning for weeks. I’ve had many GI tests done (SIBO breath test, gastric emptying study, colonoscopy/endoscopy) but nothing has come up. I don’t know what’s wrong but I’m always bloated, suffer from gas after eating, constipation (I take miralax almost every day to help with this), heartburn, and stomach pain.

Now that I’m in the elimination phase, will I expect to see my symptoms including bloating improve? And what is the timeline? I feel like I’ll give up if I don’t see an improvement fast :(

Going low fodmap and trying to find some simple options I can eat, this is fodmap safe but I can’t find any posts here about this brand. Are these chicken nuggets any good?
