First time trying Candy Coat. Very happy with the result, even though my old enemy, the orange peel, keeps trying to ruin my projects. Problems of living in such a humid place.
First project using exclusively Kaleido Colorworks Paints. I'm absolutely in love. Although I'm still battling Orange Peel (in this part of France, humidity is a problem) I am extremely happy with the result.
All the headaches I've had with thinning ratios, air pressure, and airbrush techniques have disappeared, and I've enjoyed this project more than any other because of how extremely easy was using these paints.
My recipe was:
-Kaleido Gloss Black Primer
-Kaleido Gunmetal, zirconium black, flashy gold and Aluminium Metallic Paints
-Kaleido translucent Red paint
-Kaleido Gloss Varnish
I fell in love with Gahleri when I got the metallic set and the Black Gloss Primer.
From that moment on, I started buying translucent paints, and my love for them has only grown. These paints have solved all the problems I had with other brands.
BUT
I NEED you to expand the range of Metallics, specifically in chroma colors for those of us who want a metallic finish but not ONLY the Candy type (which also work very well).
So please, Gahlerian Gods can you achieve the légendary Metallic White Paint not the Aluminium one (great paint) but True White Metallic? I want red, blue, green but I've been searching for the perfect metallic white for so long and haven't found it (Vallejo has one but thinning it for airbrush is a nightmare)

While I was indeed apprehensive about the changes made by the European Union, I managed to receive the package after a slight delay (DHL said they were experiencing a bottleneck after the new measures were announced and implemented ).
But im happy with the product and shipment méthod!
The first package is finally home. I'm so happy!
If, like me, you were having doubts about trying the new Vallejo True Metallic Metal, my recommendation is: DO IT
I decided to use a satin finish instead of a glossy one because I wanted to try it out and then compare it to another glossy model in the future. Even so, I can't help but recommend the new True Metallic Metal paints.
This is my third build with True Metallic Metal and despite some beginner mistakes and oversights, I feel like my skill level has improved whenever I use these paints
The products were well protected and the dog is cute and loving
