Here is what I see every day, when a railway crossing closes, people refuse to wait and immediately stop right in the opposite lane. This completely blocks incoming traffic and turns a simple wait into a massive traffic jam.
Second experience at traffic signal, people just can't wait for the green light. Honking impatiently, and sometimes even jump the red light.
