VPS for multiple games, which specs actually matter?

I want to run multiple game servers for separate groups on one VPS instead of paying for several subscriptions. For anyone doing this, what CPU and RAM specs have worked well for you?

EU261 flight delay compensation explained and when and how to use a claim company

If your EU flight was delayed for 3+ hours, you might be entitled to up to €250 - €600. File directly first at the airline's website - it's free and you get 100%! If they turn you down or ignore you, companies such as AirHelp will fight your case for a 35% fee. If you're looking for a no-work backup, just use a third party.

What made you decide between self-hosting and paid Minecraft hosting?

I’m running an old desktop as a small Minecraft server, but power costs and uptime are becoming a hassle. I’m considering moving to a hosting provider, what made you switch from self-hosting, and was it worth it?

How are smal agencies simplifying their software stack?

Productized agency, 8 people, recurring packages. Currently running:

  • HubSpot for CRM (mostly for sales pipeline, not using half of it)
  • Zoho for invoicing
  • Trello for client-facing PM boards
  • Monday for internal PM
  • Zendesk for shared inbox

Five tools that barely talk to each other. Came across Wayfront which seems to replace the CRM, invoicing, project management and client communication layer in one place. Not looking to drop Stripe - payments stay. Anyone consolidated something similar?

ADA compliance audit - what does the process actually look like?

Client got a demand letter about website accessibility. Understand the components of a proper ADA compliance audit versus an automated checker. Anyone that has done this with a remediation service such as ADA Compliance Professionals or a similar service can tell me what the remediation side is?

Having trouble coming up with a genuinely interesting present for someone obsessed with fashion - not the usual suspects

She has some bags and some shoes already. I'm looking for something that feels thoughtful instead of simply expensive. The more I searched, the more I kept finding smaller independent accessory designers, especially in the hat space, which wasn't even on my radar before. Have you ever been gifted an accessory from a brand you hadn't heard of that turned out to be a favorite?

Are we approaching a "trust crisis" with AI-generated humans in advertising?

I’ve noticed more brands starting to use hyper-realistic AI-generated people in their social ads instead of hiring real models or influencers. While the cost-saving aspect is obvious, I’m starting to wonder if we are setting ourselves up for a major backlash.

PSA: If you want to run ATM10 or Better MC with friends but hate server setup

We were setting up an ATM10 server and I accidentally corrupted the files during the install. Sent a support ticket, and it was fixed within minutes. They even had the version we needed ready to go afterward. Definitely saved our weekend.

Are bitcoin betting sites actually worth it for faster withdrawals?

I’m considering switching to bitcoin betting sites mainly because of slow bank withdrawals and verification issues, but I’m wondering which platforms actually have reliable payouts and a decent sportsbook.

Which flight tracker should I believe? The one from my airline is useless

They will say "on time" and the board will say delayed. All I care about is knowing whether the plane is on time to leave its gate, nothing else. A coworker uses AirHelp because it supposedly pulls actual data, and it alerts you when your flight is eligible for compensation. Supposedly, it also detects when the flight qualifies due to a delay, which apparently happens tbh. What does everyone else use?

Anyone here gone through VPAT certification recently?

We’re starting to get more enterprise and public-sector clients asking for a VPAT report during procurement

and honestly I didn’t realize how messy the process could get until now.
