Hi all,

I’ve been working at Capgemini for 1 year and currently in BOTP.

I received my TCS offer letter on 28th July.

In the onboarding portal, there are 3 sections to fill:

1. Documentations - It’s asking for Resignation Letter

2. Certifications

3. National Skill Registry

I haven’t resigned from Capgemini yet because I was waiting for the TCS Joining Letter first.

My question: Do I need to fill all 3 sections including resignation letter to get the JL?

I can’t upload resignation letter right now.

Also, I’m not able to find any HR contact in the offer letter to clarify this.

Has anyone faced this? What did you do?

Any help/guidance on how to reach TCS HR for this query would be really helpful.

Is there any tool that actually aggregates jobs that match my profile instead

Wasting so much time applying to jobs manually rn.

The problem: Every job board filters by job title only. So I get 100 "Software Engineer" listings but 80 of them are for 5+ YOE, or require skills I don’t have, or are in a different location.

I still have to open each company careers page and read the full JD to check if it actually matches me.

Has anyone found a better way to do this?

I’m looking for something like a single dashboard/website that pulls jobs from various company career pages + LinkedIn/Indeed and actually filters based on the full job description + my profile/skills/YOE/location, not just the title.

Does something like this exist? Or how do you all manage it without spending hours every day?Any tools, scripts, or websites you recommend?

It's been 10 months, I had joined in Capgemini as a fresher. I need partial amount from EPF, I'm still working in Capgemini. will I able to withdraw the amount in any condition???

Interviewed for TCS prime role on 26 May 2026 in banglore.

Got the documentation verification mail on 11June 2026 and submitted all required documents on the same day before deadline.

However, I have not received any response till now.

Is there anyone with this timeline?

My NextStep portal shows status as "Batched".

Is anyone here with a similar timeline? How long did document verification take for you?
