Ive just started hanging out online playing video games with a colleague of mine, which is rare for me as i struggle to open up when in a formal work environment.

Today we walked back after work together, as we realised he lives near me (roughly fifteen mins away)

He walked me all the way back to mine as it was getting dark (we work lates) and mentioned playing a sport or something together. He might be the type to make impromptu plans and then forget though! Was he just making small talk and being overly polite or does he actually want to hang out and become friends?
