Hi, I bought an electric two wheeler Toxmo 318 in May 2025 for my ageing father. Over the next year, when the vehicle was under warranty, I had to visit the dealer several times to get battery replaced. Every few months one of the six batteries would die out. Each battery is 12V, taking the 6 batteries to 72V. I had the bill and the dealer did replace the batteries until the warranty period.

In the month of June, one of the battery has died in line with its tradition. I have hardly ridden the scooty. Their factory is in Haryana and I am in Ayodhya, UP.

I have two queries-

1. Can I go to consumer forum / court and get some legal closure? Or is it my bad judgement to invest in bad product?

2. Should I take the risk of buying a litium phosphate battery for this scooty?

Any suggestion is welcome.

Is there a safe place to park my car for two nights in lucknow? Is there a parking lot at Alambagh bus stop /Shalimar Mall for multiple nights? How much do they charge? I know there is a multilevel parking at Hazratganj, does anyone know how much it cost to park there? Please advise.

Hi, I have approx. 5 acres of farmland about 100 kms east of Lucknow. Since I have no clue on crop farming, I decided to grow fruit orchard last year. While we plant more trees every year (65 last year, planned 120 this year), I am more concerned about the maintenance and marketing. Well, marketing is 4-5 years away, maintenance is a big issue. You would be shocked to know that around here people are the biggest threat. And then neelgai. If you have an orchard how do you keep it safe from people and animals? Any tech gadgets? Fencing? Has anyone used FRP rods for fencing? Does it work? Please share anything related to orchard management.
