I am buying my first smart watch. I use a realme p4 pro mobile.
I am searching for a watch in a budget of 3.5k I finally came down to redmi watch 5 lite and samsung galaxy fit 3

My requirements are:
- fitness tracking

- controlling music, notifications and calls from watch

Now I know redmi watch have built-in GPS and calls answering feature but i am worried about fitness tracking accuracy. Meanwhile i know samsung doesn't have built-in GPS or calls answering feature but i heard it is more accurate at fitness tracking.

I'm confused as to what to choose between them. has anyoone had real experience with these watches and can you help me decide please

Any suggestions will help me.

Sometimes I find a role I am super excited about, but the second I click "Apply" and see it redirect to a Workday portal, I literally just close the tab. It is just not worth my sanity.

I honestly don’t understand why massive companies like Visa, DBS Tech, and so many others still use it.

The most infuriating part? It gives you the option to "Autofill with Resume." So, you upload your perfectly formatted PDF, hit next, and... it completely mangles everything and forces you to manually type out every single detail anyway! Why even have the feature if I have to re-enter my entire work history, education, and dates from scratch?

The main issue for me is the absolute lack of progress. I was applying for jobs last year and Workday was a broken, tedious nightmare back then. Cut to now, and it is exactly the same. What are their developers even working on if they aren't fixing their core product and making the user experience better?

I honestly can't even keep track of how many jobs I've chosen not to apply to simply because it took me to a Workday page.

FUCK Workday.

I am begging companies to please, please switch to a different provider for your careers page. You are losing out on candidates who are just too burnt out to make a brand new account for the 500th time to fill out your broken forms.

Does anyone else just skip Workday applications at this point?

I'm looking to buy my first smartwatch with a budget of ₹1K to ₹5K. My main requirements are:

• Tracking my daily gym sessions and walks.
• Checking phone notifications easily.
• Controlling music while working out.
• Bluetooth calling (accepting/rejecting calls directly from the watch).

I've narrowed it down to two options that fit perfectly in my budget:

1. Redmi Watch 5 Lite 
2. Realme Watch S2

 

Here is my main dilemma: I currently use a Realme P4 Pro smartphone.

If I buy the Realme Watch S2, will I get any significant "ecosystem advantages" because I'm pairing a Realme watch with a Realme phone? For example, will the connection be more stable because the OS won't kill the background app? Does the camera shutter control work better? Or does Do Not Disturb sync seamlessly?

On the flip side, if I buy the Redmi Watch 5 Lite, will I face connection drop issues or missing notifications because Realme UI might aggressively close the Xiaomi Mi Fitness app in the background?

Would love to hear from anyone who has used either of these watches, especially if you've mixed brands! Thanks in advance!

Revisiting/Re-watching MAJOR movie today and I always loved watching the love story in that movie. But today while watching it I realised it's not even a love movie and it still has one of the best love stories compared to telugu movies even those that are romantic movies.

Most telugu movies the love story is basically hero stalking the girl and harrassing her and the heroine somehow falls in love with hero maybe because of stockholm syndrome.

I am not trying offend anyone there are also other good love movies I like.

Ex: hello guru prema kosame, Oye, sita ramam, with love , geetha govindham and also some unpopular romcoms movies I don't remember the names

Does everyone think the same way or is it only me?

And any suggestions of romantic movies will be appreciated
