got hit by a red dodge challenger near the 401/403 interchange in mississauga on june 25 around 11:20pm, i was driving a black 2010 honda civic. the other driver took off after hitting me. i've got his info and filed a police report but it's self reported, no independent evidence of what actually happened

if anyone was driving through that stretch of the 401 near the 403 split that night around that time and has dashcam footage, please reach out. trying to get this properly documented before it turns into a 50/50 fault split. also if anyone saw it happen and is willing to say what they saw that would help a lot

Hi everyone, I got in a hit and run last Thursday on the 401 and now insurance might make it 50/50, worried about this situation.

So last week some guy hits me near the 401/403 in mississauga and just drives off. i got his plate and drivers license, but he refused to give insurance. That when I should've called the opp again, but I screwed up cause I wasn't thinking properly. I filed a police report but it was self reported cuz no officer was actually there when it happened. now my insurance is telling me they're gonna call his insurance and hear his version too, and if our stories dont match up it might just get called 50/50, it just sad cause I don't think I can afford a new car or the insurance if it goes up.

i dont have a dashcam, no witnesses that i know of. this is literally my first accident ever so im kinda lost rn. Has this happened to anyone else? Does the fact that he fled even matter or do they not care. Also is there anything i should even be doing right now besides just waiting around, like can I get a lawyer or something? Fight that my insurance doesn't go up?

im 19 so this is all new to me, any advice really helps right now.

About a week ago my shop went from 800+ views and 200+ visits per day down to under 50 visits. At first I thought it was just a slow period, but when I searched my exact listing titles they don't show up at all. I'm basically gone from etsy.

Some context:

• Around 700 sales, 2.8% conversion rate, all 5-star reviews (16 ratings)
• 0 open cases or complaints
• Haven't made any major changes recently, the last thing I did was add frame variations a couple weeks ago
• No star seller badge but no policy violations either
• Non-seasonal products (posters)

Has anyone experienced a full search delisting like this without any warning or policy notice from Etsy? I've seen people talk about traffic dips, but this feels different, searching my exact title returns zero results for my shop.

Is this an algorithm update, a shadow ban, or something else? Any insight appreciated.
