Chlorine and caustic soda are underappreciated in their importance in every day life. They keep our water pure, clean industrial equipment, remove sulfur from gasoline, and are used for the production of aluminum, titanium, magnesium, soaps, fertilizers, detergents, explosives, rocket fuel, paper and pulp, and polyvinyl chloride plastics.

Just 3 plants are responsible for 80% of Russia's Chlor-Alkali industry, all in range of Ukrainian drones:
