Is there no way of manually selecting placements for different formats like it was just a few months ago, just upload everything and it rotates automatically across all placements with mistakes?

I worked with GAds for 10+ years in my MCC and after inviting users to new accounts not once system asked for confirmation from another admin. Now starting from 2026 it asks every time, no matter account or user role. Every time it asks for justification and additional review from another admin. Why?
What was your death count after you completed the game for the first time? The game felt difficult mainly in the beginning, majority of deaths for me were platforming challenges. Total of 100.
In every account and, for almost every business CPC/Conversion cost rose two or even threefold this year (march-may) for the campaigns where "Maximize conversions" was used and it was fine for years. What the hell happened? Now trying to switch to target ROAS everywhere to mitigate that. Same keywords, same phrases that were 1-2Eur on average now are 4-5+. What happened to the algorithm and why it suddenly started to perform this poorly?!
