JAW MOVING FORWARD And BACKWARD
I have upper jaw middle shift, I'm using braces right now and using elastics for a month.
Before using elastics I was only able to bite my cane teeth, After using elastics for almost 3 weeks one day my bite changed and I was able to bite my wisdom teeth, in that moment I felt my lower jaw moved forward and my face looked really different from before, my side profile totally changed and my facial structure changed noticeably
But that only lasted for about 30 to 40 mins and my lower jaw moved backwards
When I was able to bite my wisdom teeth my lower jaw points started hurting
I just turned 18 a 4moths ago, I think my jaw position is totally ruining my facial structure and I want to move my lower jaw forward, so what should I do to fix my jaw
