Hey has anyone with FFA/LPP that affects more than just their scalp have any success with meds? mine is in my beard down to my toes and everything in between. im running out if meds to try

has anyone heard of or treated people with scarring alopecia/Lichen Planopilaris? its an autoimmune disease that destroys hair follicles all over my body. None of the western meds have worked and im looking for answers. If anyone can help please lmk!
