Lenovo Xiaoxin pad pro

I know specifically what's the difference between Global ROM and CN version but I saw someone said that they don't have a PC mode on their tablet (Global ROM) has anyone bypassed this by using a third party launcher? I'm planning to do that if the CN version isn't available to me once I start purchasing.

If there are any recommendations that have PC mode, I would love to know hehe

[FOR HIRE] Chat Moderator

Hello I want to be an OF chatter or a chat moderator, currently I am trying to find a part-time job that is 3-6hrs per day. I am fluent in English, 50WPM typing speed and I have a laptop and cellphone with a stable Internet connection. I have prior experience working in chatterly & Grindr

Its fine if it's commission based, base pay or hourly pay. Just as long as there's no hidden fees or" fines"

[Learnings] Trying out Clipping

Hey I've been seeing a lot of clipping videos etc and I'm going to try it I'll let you guys know if it's legit and is it worth giving an effort to make money (WORK FROM HOME).

I have tried chat moderation, e-commerce, networking and all of those things are very shady and even if it yielded money and it is legit (payout wise), still a shady business.

Employer asking for a Portfolio

Hi guys I'm trying to widen my chances of getting hired and I want to ask; In VA jobs like social media manager, graphic designing and video editor, how do you make a Portfolio? Is there a specific format that employers find easy to check and what website/application do you use to make these portfolios?

Networking (WTF is that??)

I have seen job posts claiming they're "hiring" and I can't help but just ask them then I see that format of them asking for your information etc, zoom meetings that show you the products and their success stories. I just can't help but see them as a pyramid scheme, I mean they claim it's an opportunity to earn money then slap you with a bill telling you if you give them this certain amount of money for the product then you need to invite 2-3 people in order to start making money...well. That's practically what a pyramid scheme is isn't it? Do they even have capital to pay all the workers because...honestly I need to know more, is it actually legit or once people stop inviting then puff all that money is gone. Has anyone tried it before? Or am I just overthinking it

Chat moderator (unfair wages?)

Is it just me or do chat moderator agencies have such unfair wages? You work 8 hours everyday for a measly maybe 10-20$, Yes it's performance-based but even though you did a great job sending flirty messages to clients and acting like you're someone else they cut your wages as "bonus base". Like if I earned 600$ they cut your wages by 40% and the sum is what you get. That seems so unfair, you did all the work, they just give you pictures that could easily be something you could edit yourself plus gruelling work, each day has a goal that seems so hard to reach plus you need to reply to a certain amount of time or you'll get "fined"; they will literally subtract your pay because you couldn't keep up with their high standard performance.

It may seem to look like good work but I promise you it isn't, it feels like they're using you when you could've made more because you deserved it, it is your hard work they're making tons of money from. Performance-based my ass!!

Working student opinion

Any working students here? I am planning on taking an 8 hr shift (WFH): night shift and honestly I don't know if I can handle the load. For context, I am in Bs Biology, the schedule at my university is frustrating because there are large gaps between subjects and most of the teachers aren't really considerate with working students. But on the other hand, I really need this job, the economy is bad enough and I commute every single day. Any thoughts? Should I step down from the opportunity or no?

Working student WFH (schedule issues)

I just got accepted a new job, (work from home). I am still a student but honestly with the economy right now, I need it. The problem is that my job requires me to be workin full 8 hours, the shift is unpredictable but I am considering to talk with my manager about it to put me in a shift that corresponds to my schedule at school. The thing is I dont have my schedule yet. I did consider taking my laptop with me to school in case there is an overlap but I wont be able to listen to my lecture...what should i do? should I step down from the job if it doesnt go as planned or keep it because I need it to survive college? (PS: additional information i dont have the standard 5-6 hrs class, it takes up to 7-8 hours as well, with a large gap between subjects )

I am currently on summer break, I'm 20 years old and I have experience working with Microsoft and Canva but no prior work experience. I'd like to get some side hustles dealing with these sorts of skill sets. I'm passing from surveys and earning apps that have little yield.
