The neighbor and I are looking to install a fence along our property line (110’ long) in Pacifica (San Mateo county). Has anyone had luck with getting a residential boundary survey from a land survey company in this area?

My other-side neighbor appears to have gotten a recorded survey from Meridian Survey 30 years ago but the firm keeps going silent after I try contacting them and send them the title docs requested.

Is there a status page for Wellhub? I updated the app and it keeps crashing before or after the loading animation.
Not being able to check in via the website makes the membership useless if the app is down.
