Korean football is RUINED.

The absolute state of disaster that our national team is going through is tragic to say the least.

KFA is in ruins

Interim manager trying to hold everything together

The rumours about the 3 96'ers has caused a social media backlash so much so that no matter what decision they take, the Korean fans will have beef against them now due to these rumours.

Kim Min Jae imo our best defender deleted / hid / deactivated his Instagram profile most probably due to all the nasty comments

Hwang Hee Chan (check all the comments on his Instagram, everyone saying nasty shit)

Hwang in Beom - arguably one of our better players have bad comments under his socials too.

All of this is very toxic, so even if Son decided to stay, I feel like there will always be a trail of this toxicity that will hunt them until their careers and afterwards.

If Son decides to retire and they all stay on, the people will hate them.

If everyone decides to retire, then it will be one of the darkest moments in Korean footballing history.

I am NOT liking our options at the moment...

Seol Youngwoo

I remember arguing with some people about him on this national team and how he does NOT deserve to be on this squad .

Yesterday's performance reinforced this.

Especially after I saw how he reacted after being "fouled".

No sense of urgency, just a sense of entitlement.

And some people argued that he wasn't utilised properly in his normal position and that he deserves to go the the new club.

Give me a f'in break.

I don't ever want to see him on the squad again.

Rant over.

Pregunta de un surcoreano - Robert Moreno

¡Hola!

(I am using chatGpt for translation)

Doing a portrait photoshoot. What advice could you give me as a beginner portrait photography enthusiast?

The vibe we are going for is a retro/vintage 90s point and shoot vibe.

I know the technical side of things but I'm more so concerned about how to prepare for this shoot, what kind of poses I should ask the client to do, how does this usually kind of work?

Elephant in the room

Right, we get it

HMB sucks.

KFA sucks.

But isn't anyone else concerned about the bullying culture, the media bandwagon and the huge amount of publicity that this is all getting? I mean sure.. naturally this would happen

But, seriously dont you think that this whole culture of pinpointing one person is toxic?

I feel that this would cast a dark cloud over any potential future managers.

This whole blame, bullying culture is quite damaging to Korea and this football team.

I also agree that KFA needs a rehaul and the hierarchial culture needs to go.

But I'm afraid of future foreign managers avoiding this job like the plague due to our cultural aspects of blaming, scapegoating.

I mean... The media are asking questions which is absolutely disgusting and demeaning to players, managers and so on.

No wonder sonny wanted to boycott them.

It's fucking toxic

Leather soles for Shoes possible in Krakow?

As header says.. is it possible to get leather soles installed here for any types of shoes?

If so how much does it usually cost more or less and how long does it take?

Is it worth to buy a pair of 250 euros loafers from a dedicated swing shoe brand?

Or is it fine to get a cheaper alternative that's not dedicated to dancing but still has leather soles etc...

Exam I just a CU next Tuesday? Or are we just a bunch of CUNEXT Tuesdays?

I've recently come back to Ireland after spending a significant amount of time living in Poland, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if I'm just being overly critical.

One thing that has really stood out to me is how indirect people can be when dealing with issues or uncomfortable conversations. Instead of saying what they actually think, it often feels like people dance around the topic, hint at things, or avoid confrontation altogether. Personally, I'd much rather someone be honest and direct, even if the conversation is awkward.

The other thing I've struggled with is what feels like a culture of flakiness. People will suggest meeting up, making plans, grabbing a coffee, going for a pint, or doing something together. I'll say, "Sounds good, let's do it," and then either nothing ever comes of it, messages go unanswered, or they back out at the last minute. After a while, it starts to feel frustrating because it's hard to know when people genuinely want to do something and when they're just being polite.

Living in Poland, I found people generally more straightforward. You usually knew where you stood, even if it wasn't always wrapped in politeness. Back in Ireland, I sometimes feel like I'm trying to decode what people actually mean. This is the most frustrating thing ever. For fuck sake lads, just be real. It's not that hard!

Has anyone else experienced this, especially if you've lived abroad and come back? Or am I just a CU N TUESDAY who's become too accustomed to a different communication style?

Elo system rehaul

Seriously, I thought about this for a while now.

We always see posts about people just advising that as a new player you are "expected" to lose your first 10 games or so.

Why dont the Devs just change the system so that new players just get matched with new players with 0 rank.

And the more games you play / win, the elo goes up.

So simple yet not implemented?!
