this pet shop in Mathikere is keeping the animals in very bad condition. The cats were being kept in small stacked wire cages with very little room to move around. The setup was cramped and unhygienic.

I tried to record what I saw because the condition of the animals was very pitiful.

Can anyone tell me who I can contact, any authority or animal-welfare organization, that can inspect this pet shop and hopefully rescue the animals safely?

Has anyone reported a shop like this to the Karnataka Animal Welfare Board, BBMP/GBA Animal Husbandry Department, CUPA or the local police? Does that work?

 I have the original video and screenshots and I’m willing to submit a written complaint and follow up.

Please let me know what can be done, it is very heartbreaking to see the animals in such condition.

Please do help me with funds required for a puppy whom some kids found lying injured and in pain behind Babaji school, Elcot avenue ..the baby has been sent to Little Angels pet clinic Navalur . They have given painkillers, antibiotics and one bone strengthening medicine , however they don't have facilities in the clinic for xray or for any surgery etc...tomorrow I have arrange for someone to take him to BMAD ( very difficult to get ) or the Ark...the auto driver is quoting 2500 for the transport expenses ..also today's bills with all medicines, checkup and boarding had come to 1300/-

Please please I am requesting if everyone can send s small amount towards this rescue it would be great ..I am already reeling from the last couple rescues I have done

Kindly request financial help towards brownies boarding and vaccines , deworming bill in Little Angels Clinic , Navalur . The doctor treating him is Dr. Ayana . Puppy is registered by me ( Divya ) as Brownie .. they have applied spot on, and will do deworming , vaccines first dose etc..i have asked for him to be kept for one week, I meanwhile searching for an adopter or foster anywhere .

Please help .. a doctor had come to adopt him when he was 3 weeks old , upon repeated asking for updates , his family admitted they had given him off to their maid ...later after 2 weeks on petering got to know from maid that she had also given him away !!!! We somehow got him back safe from them and he is thriving now in the clinic

If anyone wishes , can meet and visit him and adopt him as he is so cute and energetic and playful after all adoption formalities

Someone adandoned a crate full of cute healthy 2 weeks old labs in Elcot avenue Shollinganallur Chennai yesterday afternoon, please help !!!

Dear all, I am asking for help with a heavy heart , till now all rescues that I did I have managed by myself with the savings that I had and now that is also depleted ...yesterday when I went to buy veggies one auto driver showed me some pups that some horrible excuse of human being has dumped along the side of road in Elcot avenue next to Fresh today ...they are trying to suckle on fingers when held and shivering , but some are active and trying to play after I gave them diluted cow milk..

one person staying nearby has thankfully agreed to keep at his home until Sunday morning ...please if anyone is having contacts in Chennai who can take care of such small labs kindly pass on this msg..I have taken their pics from where I was with them on side of road , he has agreed to send pics today of them individually
