Huion Kamvas 13 (PW517 pen) stuck at max pressure (8191) on hover - Already tried two replacement pens!

Hi everyone,

I am having a frustrating issue with my Huion Kamvas 13 (GS1331) and the PW517 pen. The pen draws and clicks constantly while hovering about 1-2 cm above the screen without even touching the surface.

When I open the Huion Tablet driver and go to the Pressure Sensitivity Adjustment panel, the vertical test bar is completely locked at max pressure (8191) even when the pen is in the air.

Here is the catch: This is already the second replacement pen I have bought, and both new pens show the exact same issue (stuck at 8191 on hover). Because of this, I highly doubt it's a hardware defect with the pens themselves. It must be something related to power, interference, or a critical driver/software conflict.
